How to Check Urban Land Record on AnyRoR Gujarat
Follow these easy steps to see your urban property details:
- Visit the official website: https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in
(This is the only official website — no other site or app is authorized.) - Click “View Land Record – Urban (જમીન રેકોર્ડ – શહેરી)”.
- Choose Property Card (Original Card) or Unit Property Card, depending on your property type.
- Select your District (જિલ્લો), City Survey Office (સીટી સર્વે ઓફિસ), Ward (વોર્ડ), and Survey Number (સર્વે નંબર).
- Enter the CAPTCHA code and click “Get Record Detail.”
- Your property details will appear on the screen.

An urban property card gives a full view of your land or building record. It includes:

The online records shown are for reference only. For official work, you can download a Digitally Signed RoR, which is legally valid for banks, courts, and government offices.
Steps to download:
- Select “Digitally Signed RoR” on the website.
- Log in using your mobile number and OTP.
- Choose your record and make a small payment.
- Download the signed copy.
